2.1 Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (so-called “data subject”). Examples are name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, age, gender, national insurance number. There are also special categories of personal data (so-called “sensitive data”). The GDPR defines this as, for example, health data or data in connection with criminal proceedings. Sensitive data is not collected on our website.

2.2 For technical reasons, each time you access our website, your browser transmits certain data (server log files) to our web servers. This data is collected exclusively for statistical and technical purposes. The following data is collected:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Date and time of access

  • E-Mail address
  • First name
  • Surname
  • Subject

  • Consent given

2.6 When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the following data:

  • E-Mail address
  • Consent given

2.7 We use SSL or TLS encryption on our website for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content that you send to us as the website operator – for example, as part of the contact form. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, personal data that you transmit to us via our website cannot be read by unauthorised third parties.

3. Legal basis for data processing

We collect, process and use your personal data only if a legal basis iSd GDPR is given.

3.1 Consent – Art 6 para 1 lit a GDPR
If you wish to contact us via our contact form, we collect consent from you to collect, process and store the personal data submitted. We use this data to process your request.
In addition, Art 6 para 1 lit a GDPR serves as the legal basis if you register for our newsletter.

You can revoke your consent at any time, without giving reasons, with effect for the future. To do so, please send us an e-mail to the e-mail address listed under point 1 or use our contact form. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected.

3.2 (Pre-)contractual obligations – Art 6 para 1 lit b GDPR
Data collected in the course of downloading, registering for a training course or purchasing one of our products is collected and processed on the basis of our (pre-)contractual obligations pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

3.3 Legal obligations – Art. 6 para. 1 lit c GDPR
If we are subject to a legal obligation on the basis of which the processing of personal data is necessary, Art 6 (1) c GDPR serves as the legal basis.

3.4 Legitimate interest – Art 6 para 1 lit f GDPR
If the processing of personal data is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of ours or that of a third party, Article 6 para 1 lit f GDPR serves as the legal basis. A legitimate interest of our company is to

  • to ensure the operation and administration of the website (collection of server log files);
  • to be able to carry out direct marketing measures;
    to have social media presences;
  • to have social media presences;
  • to ensure network and data security.
4. Transmission of data

4.1 Due to the complexity of certain data processing procedures, it has become essential for us to provide certain services with the assistance of third parties. For this purpose, we use external service providers, e.g. for web hosting and our IT systems, to whom your data is made available. These service providers are processors within the meaning of the GDPR and we have contractually obligated them to treat your data confidentially and to process your data only within the scope of their service provision. For the dispatch of our newsletter, we also use an order processor who is contractually obliged to process your data confidentially and only within the scope of their service provision.

4.2 If applicable, the possible recipient of your personal data is located outside the European Union or processes your personal data there. The level of data protection in other countries may not be the same as in Austria. However, we only transfer your personal data to countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection or we take measures to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level of data protection, for which we conclude standard contractual clauses (2010/87/EC and/or 2004/915/EC).

4.3 Under certain circumstances, we may be required by law to disclose your data to, for example, regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies. However, this is only to the extent necessary to prevent and/or detect fraud and other criminal offences or to ensure network and data security.

5. Cookies and server log files

5.1 As with almost all websites, cookies are used on our website. A cookie is a text file that stores internet settings. A cookie is downloaded by your internet browser the first time you visit a website. The next time you call up this website with the same end device, the cookie and the information stored in it is either sent back to the website that generated it (first party cookie) or sent to another website to which the cookie belongs (third party cookie). This allows the website to recognise that you have been visited before with that browser and, in some cases, to vary the content displayed. Some cookies are useful because they can improve the user experience when you return to a website that you have already visited several times. Provided that you are using the same terminal and browser as before, cookies remember your preferences, for example, share how you use a page and adapt the offers displayed to your personal interests and needs.

5.2 Absolutely necessary cookies, also called “strictly necessary”, ensure functions without which you would not be able to use this website as intended. Such cookies ensure, for example, the functionality of a change from http to https when you change pages, if necessary, and thus the compliance with increased security requirements for data transmission. In addition, such a cookie also stores your decision regarding the use of cookies on our website. If you do not wish this, you can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and to allow or object to this in individual cases. If you decide to deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website can no longer be guaranteed.

5.3 First party cookies requiring consent: Cookies that are not absolutely necessary to use the website according to a purely legal definition nevertheless fulfil important tasks. Without these cookies, functions that enable comfortable surfing on our website, such as saving a language selection you have made, are no longer available and would therefore have to be requested again on every page.

5.4 Third party cookies requiring consent: We also integrate third party content, specifically content from Facebook, into this website. These third parties may theoretically set cookies while you are visiting our website and thereby, among other things, receive information that they have accessed our website. Please visit the websites of these third parties for more information about their use of cookies. If you have chosen not to give or revoke your consent to the use of cookies that require your consent, you will only be provided with those functionalities of our website that we can guarantee you will be able to use without these cookies. In this case, website areas that potentially offer the technical possibility of integrating third-party content and thus setting third-party cookies will not be available to you. Should you nevertheless wish to use the website content in such a case, this is possible subject to your declaration of consent to the use of cookies requiring consent. If you do not wish to accept cookies as a matter of principle, you can also set this in your browser.

5.5 If you delete all your cookies at a later date, it will be necessary to go through the opt-out process again; as well as if you visit this website from other computers. If your security settings are too high and the cookie is blocked, we will not be able to carry out your opt-out request. You will be notified in this case and should repeat the opt-out process with lower security settings.

5.6 In order to optimise our website in terms of system performance, user-friendliness and the provision of useful information about our services, the website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This includes your internet protocol address (IP address), browser and language setting, operating system, referrer URL, your internet service provider and date/time. We do not combine this data with personal data sources. We reserve the right to check this data subsequently if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use.

5.7 For the specific list of cookies used on our website, please refer to our separate “Cookie Statement”.

6. Social media and plug-ins

6.1 Our Facebook profile is integrated on our website. You can find more information on the use of data by Facebook at https://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php.

6.2 The map service of Google Maps is integrated on our website. Google Maps is a service of Google Inc. In order to use this function, it is necessary to save your IP address. You can find more information on the use of data by Google Inc. at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en-US.

7. Storage of the data

7.1 We store your data collected as part of this website until the purpose for storing the data and/or the legal basis (e.g. after processing your contact request has been completed) ceases to apply, whichever comes first.

8. Your data protection rights

8.1 As a data subject, you have the right to information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing at any time. Furthermore, you have the right to have incorrect data corrected and your data transferred and, if applicable, to object to, restrict the processing of or delete processed data.

8.2 Please send your request for information, deletion, correction, objection and/or data transfer to office@reisenbauer.solutions.

8.3 If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data by us violates the applicable data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in another way, you have the possibility to complain to the competent supervisory authority. In Austria, the competent authority is the data protection authority.

9. Change to the privacy policy

We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration if necessary, for example due to technical developments or legal changes, or to update it in connection with the offer of new services or products. The updated data protection declaration will be published on our website in each case. Please check the relevant page regularly.

10. Consent to the use of cookies

Your consent is not necessary for the use of this website and can be revoked at any time by switching the toggle labelled “Analysis and Marketing” or “Statistics” to grey.
