Billing charging costs
With chargeOS, you can bill the charging costs of your company fleet. Whether at the company location, at employees' homes or at public charging points - all relevant charging data such as charging time, location, quantity and costs are recorded and clearly displayed in real time using RFID authentication and the system's own user administration. The integrated plausibility check ensures that all charging costs are checked for credibility and therefore prevents manipulation. In addition, chargeOS has an automatic invoicing function that automatically sends invoices for the charging processes to your customers and simultaneously stores them in your existing CRM.
Thanks to chargeOS, your employees can now charge their company car at home and the costs are reimbursed by the employer. This means that these costs can be included in the accounts and taken into account, particularly when accounting for GHG quotas and subsidies.
Benefit from the THG premium
Charging station operators have the opportunity to benefit from a GHG bonus of around €0.25 per kWh charged. However, in order to claim this bonus, they must provide proof of the amount charged. ChargeOS makes this possible. With this technology, charging station operators can recover the costs of their charging infrastructure depending on the amount charged and at the same time contribute to promoting the energy transition.
With chargeBOSS, you are ideally equipped for energy management and e-mobility. You have an overview of charging activities and the power supply at all times and can connect your own PV system directly to the charging points.
Load management
Load management controls energy demand in order to use energy as efficiently as possible and protect your grid connection. This requires a smart charging station, a smart electricity meter and the appropriate software. Load shedding and load shifting must be taken into account in order to optimize each charging process and avoid power consumption at peak times. PV surplus charging
chargeBOSS enables electric vehicles to be charged with solar power generated by photovoltaic systems when electricity demand is covered and surplus electricity is produced. Instead of feeding the surplus electricity into the public grid, it is used to charge the electric vehicle.

With chargePAY, we offer you a product that enables perfect billing for both your vehicle fleet and your public charging points. By using chargePAY, you can introduce payment functions directly at your charging stations or remotely, e.g. for hotel or restaurant billing, set prices and evaluate desired KPIs at the touch of a button. This gives you a flexible and user-friendly solution for billing your charging points.
For charging stations or as a kiosk solution
Depending on the size of your system, we offer two variants of chargePAY. The first option is to attach the Nayax card reader directly to the charging points. Alternatively, you can also use our variant with a touch display kiosk, which can manage up to 16 charging points. If required, the ONYX can be expanded to include a QR code reader. Our chargePAY software offers a wide range of options for managing the charging points. In addition to the standard payment function, various discount and voucher coupons as well as RFID employee ID cards can also be used.
Contactless payment with Nayax Onyx
Payment is made via the ONYX terminal from Nayax, which is characterized by its practical size and can be easily attached. The terminal supports all common contactless payment methods and therefore enables convenient and simple payment.
Upgrade and upgrade
Thanks to its handy size and simple installation, the payment terminal offers a high degree of flexibility during installation. It can be placed practically anywhere and is therefore also suitable for retrofitting existing charging stations. This is particularly relevant for those who want to put new charging stations into operation in Germany from July 1, 2023, as the option of cashless payment will be required by law from this date. The payment terminal is therefore the ideal solution for meeting the legal requirements.
