4.1 Due to the complexity of certain data processing procedures, it has become essential for us to provide certain services with the assistance of third parties. To this end, we use external service providers, e.g. for web hosting and our IT systems, to whom your data is made available for this purpose. These service providers are processors within the meaning of the GDPR, which we have contractually obliged to treat your data confidentially and to process your data only within the scope of their service provision. We also use a processor to send our newsletter, who is contractually obliged to process your data confidentially and only within the scope of providing the service.

4.2 The potential recipient of your personal data may be located outside the European Union or process your personal data there. The level of data protection in other countries may not be the same as in Austria. However, we only transfer your personal data to countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection or we take measures to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level of data protection, for which we conclude standard contractual clauses (2010/87/EC and/or 2004/915/EC).

5. cookies and server log files

5.1 As with almost all websites, cookies are used on our website. A cookie is a text file that stores Internet settings. A cookie is downloaded by your internet browser the first time you visit a website. The next time you visit this website with the same end device, the cookie and the information stored in it is either sent back to the website that created it (first party cookie) or sent to another website to which the cookie belongs (third party cookie). As a result, the website recognizes that you have already accessed it with this browser and in some cases varies the content displayed. Some cookies are useful because they can improve the user experience when you return to a website that you have already visited several times. Provided that you use the same end device and the same browser as before, cookies remember your preferences, for example, tell you how you use a page and adapt the offers displayed to your personal interests and needs.

5.2 Strictly necessary cookies, also known as "strictly necessary" cookies, ensure functions without which you would not be able to use this website as intended. Such cookies ensure, for example, the functionality of a change from http to https when switching pages and thus compliance with increased security requirements for data transmission. In addition, such a cookie also stores your decision regarding the use of cookies on our website. If you do not want this, you can make the setting in your browser that you are informed about the setting of cookies and can allow or object to this in individual cases. If you decide to deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website can no longer be guaranteed.

5.3 First party cookies requiring consent: Cookies that are not absolutely necessary by legal definition in order to use the website nevertheless fulfill important tasks. Without these cookies, functions that enable convenient surfing on our website, such as saving a language selection made by you, are no longer available and would therefore have to be requested again on each page.

5.4 Third-party cookies requiring consent: We also integrate third-party content, specifically content from Facebook, into this website. These third-party providers can theoretically set cookies while you are visiting our website and thereby receive the information that you have accessed our website, among other things. Please visit the websites of these third parties for more information on their use of cookies. If you have decided not to give or revoke your consent to the use of cookies requiring consent, you will only be provided with those functionalities of our website that we can guarantee to use without these cookies. In this case, website areas that potentially offer the technical possibility of integrating third-party content and thus setting third-party cookies will not be available to you. Should you nevertheless wish to use the website content in such a case, this is possible subject to your declaration of consent to the use of cookies requiring consent. If you generally do not wish to allow cookies, you can also set this in your browser.

5.5 If you delete all your cookies at a later date, it will be necessary to go through the opt-out process again, as well as if you visit this website from other computers. If your security settings are too high and the cookie is blocked, we will not be able to fulfill your opt-out request. In this case, you will be notified and should repeat the opt-out process with lower security settings.

5.6 In order to optimize our website in terms of system performance, user-friendliness and the provision of useful information about our services, the website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This includes your Internet Protocol address (IP address), browser and language setting, operating system, referrer URL, your Internet service provider and date/time. This data is not merged with personal data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of specific indications of unlawful use.

5.7 The specific list of cookies used on our website can be found in our separate "Cookie Statement".

6. social media and plug-ins

6.1 Our Facebook profile is integrated on our website. You can find more information on the use of data by Facebook at https://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php.

6.2 The map service of Google Maps is integrated on our website. Google Maps is a service provided by Google Inc. In order to use this function, it is necessary to save your IP address. You can find more information on the use of data by Google Inc. at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en-US.

7. storage of the data

7.1 We store your data collected on this website until the purpose for data storage and/or the legal basis (e.g. after your contact request has been processed) no longer applies, depending on which of these points in time occurs first.

8. your data protection rights

8.1 As a data subject, you have the right to information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing at any time. Furthermore, you have the right to correct incorrect data and transfer your data and, if applicable, to object to, restrict the processing of or delete processed data.

8.2 Please send your request for information, deletion, correction, objection and/or data transfer to office@reisenbauer.solutions

8.3 If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data by us violates the applicable data protection law or your data protection claims have been violated in any other way, you have the option of complaining to the competent supervisory authority. In Austria, the data protection authority is responsible for this.

9. amendment of the privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy if necessary, for example due to technical developments or legal changes, or to update it in connection with the offer of new services or products. The updated privacy policy will always be published on our website. Please check the relevant page regularly.

10. consent to the use of cookies

Your consent is not necessary for the use of this website and can be revoked at any time by switching the toggle labeled "Analysis and Marketing" or "Statistics" to gray.
