The award ceremony as part of El-Motion 2025 was a very special highlight for us. The focus was on a project that shows how innovative battery storage solutions and intelligent energy management can make a decisive contribution to the security of electricity supply in the event of a blackout.
The challenge was to combine various components - from photovoltaics and storage to the charging infrastructure - into a stable and efficient overall system. This is precisely where our strength lies: Reisenbauer Solutions develops flexible software solutions that make energy flows transparent, control them automatically and thus ensure blackout safety.
Special thanks go to Roland Raab (pictured center), Dipl.-Ing. (FH) M.A. Markus Rechling-Greimel (pictured left) from Stadtbetriebe Steyr and Siegfried Muhr (pictured right) representing Reisenbauer. Their commitment and expertise were crucial to the success of this project.
